Can I collect from your store?

If you are local to us then why not collect from our store for free, just simply select ‘collection’ when selecting delivery options at the checkout. We will call you directly as soon as your goods are ready to collect.​

On collection please bring proof of purchase (your order confirmation) and a form of ID

Royal Mail and Hermes deliveries normally require a signature. If you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, you may authorise us to do so by informing us or by entering this request in the Delivery Notes box at the checkout. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels, so please ensure you ask for the parcel to be left in a secure place or state an alternative delivery address such as your work address, or request we leave it with a neighbour if
you are not in.

Upon receiving your order, please check the items are correct and contact us as soon as possible on 01484 654218 to inform us of any discrepancies. (within 5 days of receiving your goods)

We reserve the right to change the courier used to deliver your goods from time to time. This will not affect the price that you are charged.
