Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the Tack Shack website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible and disruption to use is minimal.

OUR CONTRACT

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. After placing an order to purchase goods from The Tack Shack you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Tack Shack Equestrian will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched.

All products offered for sale by Tack Shack are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.

PRICING

The price we charge is that displayed on our website at the time of ordering. We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:  On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to an error, or the price from our suppliers has suddenly increased.

All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.

 

AVAILABILITY

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD – The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependant). We accept all major credit cards. Cards are debited at the point of order and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

PAY WITH PAYPAL

We accept PayPal payments, please select to pay via PayPal at the checkout. PayPal payments are a secure way to pay for your purchases. Value to be paid will be shown in Pound Sterling.

RETURNS

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

HYGIENE REGULATIONS

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).  Please ensure that items returned are clean and dry.
